Raise your Icelandic as part of our herd.

We believe in raising our horses in Canada much as they do in Iceland. We leave the horses free to run with the herd, with minimal handling, until they are four years of age. We turn them out on the hills of the Riding Mountain National Park, a few hours west of our farm, allowing them to develop their spirits and personalities within the herd, without much human influence. During this time in their rearing, they are caught several times a year for worming, vaccination, and hoof trimming.

Training

We do not currently have a trainer on staff. If you are interested in having a horse trained, please let us know, as we know many qualified trainers throughout North America, and can make recommendation based on your needs.
